Electric Scrap Shaker Conveyors
The patented M-10 Electric Scrap Shaker Conveyor takes shaker technology to an entirely new level. With simplicity and affordability in mind, this machine is designed to operate without the need for maintenance, air or lubrication. The M-10 features an AC brushless motor and runs from a standard 110V outlet. The M-10 is the first shaker that will leave the factory floor ready to fit virtually all of your press bed T-slot configurations, whether metric or standard. The system runs at a fixed speed (factory preset at the optimal setting). Items that can be tampered with and may slow production, such as buttons, dials or switches, have been eliminated.

The M-50 shaker is also available as a turn-key system which includes: 36” wide aluminum extrusion cross bars; T-slot motor mount; metric/standard sized T-slot mounting bars; and all mounting hardware.
The patented heavy duty M-200 Electric Scrap Shaker Conveyor uses a standard 110V, three-prong AC electrically driven motor. Its quiet operation and maintenance-free reliability make the M-200 the most versatile and affordable part transferring machine on the market. With a 200 lb. tray capacity, up to 20 FPM part movement speed, a simple on-off reset breaker, and accessibility to tie into your press controls for automatic startup and shut down, the M-200 is the only part transfer unit you’ll ever need.
Do you require a unit that can exceed the M-200's 14-foot capability when used with a rack-and-pinion system? The M-200 is universally compatible with other M-200 units, meaning you can run two or more units together simultaneously to meet your objectives. MPI's Beltless Magnetic Conveyors (BLM) are designed to provide positive control of ferrous metal materials. BLM series conveyors are available in (5) standard models in a wide range of configurations designed specifically to meet your application. Typical materials conveyed include metal, stampings, turnings, chips, fasteners and scrap.
BLM conveyors are offered with many design options and can also be supplied with other ancillary components, such as feeders, hoppers, etc., to provide a complete material handling system. Conveyors are available in these shapes:
- Dogleg with extended discharge
- Horizontal straight

Magnetic Belt Conveyors
MPI’s Magnetic Belt Conveyors provide effective control of ferrous objects on high speed horizontal and inclined to vertical conveyor belts. A wide range of styles are available for a variety of belting designs including fabric, table top and stainless steel mesh. Magnetic Belted Conveyors are offered with many design options and can also be supplied with other ancillary components such as feeders, hoppers, etc. to provide a complete material handling system.
Steel Hinge Belt Conveyors
MPI’s Steel Hinge Belt Conveyors (SBC) offer a competitive design to handle a wide range both ferrous and nonferrous materials including hot oil parts. Standard designs are available in a variety of sizes and configurations to meet your application and include plain, perforated, pimpled, or pimpled and perforated aprons. SBCs are offered with many design options, as well as ancillary components, such as feeders, hoppers, etc., to provide a complete material handling system.

MPI’s Standard Sheet Separators (SS Series) meet the needs of demanding manufacturing environments. They are designed to improve productivity and employee safety in sheet handling operations. These magnets can also provide significant benefits in reducing costs by eliminating “doubles” when handling oily, sticky, or pre-finished sheet stock in an automated stamping, forming, or shearing operations.
Available in a Standard and Safety version, MPI is proud to offer the safest manually operated Sheet Separator on the market. With the operator in mind, these units properly separate sheets while eliminating pinch points during operation. MPI’s Stack Tracker is manufactured to meet the demanding needs of metal forming production environments. The Stack Tracker significantly increases uptime by eliminating the possibility of double sheets when handling oily, sticky or pre-finished blanks in automated stamping, forming and shearing operations.
Pneumatic Automated Fanner Magnet
Automated fanner magnets are designed for high-volume, PLC-operated production lines. Unlike traditional sheet separators, our exclusive system retracts the magnet away from the unit face, eliminating any residual magnetic field and allowing for safer and more consistent movement of metal sheets. MPI’s pneumatic automated fanner magnets significantly increase uptime by eliminating “double sheets” when handling oily, sticky or pre-finished blanks in automated stamping, forming and shearing operations.

Magnetic Rails and Pulleys
MPI’s Magnetic Rails and Pulleys are designed for easy installation into new or existing belted conveyors or other material handling equipment. Magnetic Box Rails are used to hold and position ferrous or partly ferrous parts. They are ideal for use in “can handling” conveyor systems. The rail’s strong magnetic field is completely contained within the working surface and is extremely effective in applications which require a high “reachout” magnetic field. Magnetic Box Rails are used to:
- Save floor space by elevating parts up steep inclines or vertically
- Change direction of moving parts quickly
- Control the speed of moving parts to accelerate or decelerate
- Stabilize and hold parts in position
- Magnetically separate ferrous parts from non-ferrous materials in conveying and processing lines
Permanent Magnetic Parts Lifter
MPI’s Permanent Magnetic Parts Lifter PMPL Series is designed for ferrous parts and the direct replacement of vacuum cups located on ferrous parts transfer systems.
MPI’s exclusive “Fail Safe” feature is built into each magnet. Once the powerful permanent magnet is engaged, only air pressure in the reverse “off” direction will disengage the unit, even if the airline is disconnected or loses pressure. This process ensures a positive connection between your parts and the working surface of the Permanent Magnetic Parts Lifter.
Vibratory Feeder Conveyors
MPI’s pneumatically driven vibratory feeder conveyors offer an efficient and affordable way to feed materials. They are available in a variety of models and are designed to handle product volumes up to eight (8) tons per hour. Boasting a compact and sanitary design, MPI’s rugged and reliable vibratory feeders are commonly used for foodstuffs, chemicals, or other dry, powder or granular products.
Pneumatic Switchable Permanent Magnet
Whether milling, turning, drilling or grinding, MPI’s Pneumatic Switchable Permanent Magnet will hold your workpiece in place with a strength previously unattainable. This workholding magnet delivers four to ten times the holding power of competitive products. Not only does the Pneumatic Switchable Permanent Magnet boast significantly better power, it also houses this magnetic strength in an enclosure that is typically more than 50% smaller than other comparable units. MPI’s Pneumatic Switchable Permanent Magnet is the only one able to handle thin gauge metals, which often do not accommodate the use of magnet workholding devices.
