Mounting Accessories - UniPunch offers a variety of gages, part supports (feed rails), wrenches and hold down bolts to provide fast and easy assembly of tooling. Which gages you will require depends on the mounting method you select and the type of parts punched.
A Series - Rugged, heavy duty Units for multiple hole punching and notching. Standard 8-3/8" shut height and 3-1/2" die height.
B Series - B Series units are available for presses with limited shut height. This series has a standard shut height of 5-1/2"
Replacement Tooling - UniPunch can supply new consumable components, including guides, springs and punches and dies for virtually all US manufactured Unitized Tooling. Cross reference charts for several manufacturers are available in this section.

Ejector punches help prevent slug pulling. A spring-loaded
ejector pin extending from the center of the punch face will
remedy the slug pulling in most cases by pushing the slug free
of the punch face. Or instead of the ejector pin, pressurized
air blown through an air hole in the center of the punch pushes
the slug free. |
