Today, our 25 years of servo drive feed design and manufacturing experience finds Dallas servo systems worldwide wherever stampings are being made. Dallas servo feeds changeover flexibility and ±0.002” accuracy provides advantages whether you are a job shop or a high-volume stamper.

Dallas servo feeds are available in models from 6 to 84 inches wide with material thickness capacities from .010 up to .750 and speeds up to 300 strokes per minute. Standard mechanical features include cluster gear driven upper rolls, air pilot release, heavy duty entry support roll assemblies with overhead trap rolls, AC brushless servo motors coupled to precision gear boxes, matte finished chrome feed rolls, adjustable entry vertical guides and anti-friction roller bearings.

Dallas servo feed control packages are custom fit for each application. Our standard packages include job memory, micro adjust and single while our advanced PC based systems can include features such as batch feeding, GAG feeding and dual axis controls to name a few.
